Key responsibilities:
-Formulates and manages international talent identification assignments;
-Establishes talent identification requirements by studying the organization plans and objectives;
-Sources and attracts talents from various sector and manages the recruitment process from interview to offer letter issuance;
-Offers advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates, training and career progression; and 
-Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, and maintaining personal networks

Education and skills required:
-Bachelor degree in human resources or other related fields
-2 years of working experience in talent identification sphere
-Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment 
-Advanced English and Native Mongolian skills required
