Overview:

My client is looking for an experienced Sales Administrator who can provide support to all divisions within Customer Services.

My client is one of the world's leading manufacturers of filters and components for applications in the Healthcare, Life Sciences, Automotive, Appliance, Safety, and Commercial & Industrial Filtration. They have a clear strategy towards internationalization which has led to the opening of 15 production facilities located in Italy, UK, Brazil, the United States, China and Romania, as well as offices in Germany, Russia, Turkey, Argentina, Japan, Korea and India. For more than 35 years, my client has focused on innovation in its products range and production processes, constantly improving its development capacity to provide the best service and support for its clients.

Your responsibilities as a Customer Services/Sales Administrator:

  • Provide support to all divisions within Customer Services through use of ERP (ESMART) Accurately process sales orders
  • Maintain customer accounts and price lists
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with customers in the UK and worldwide, via email and telephone.
  • Provide support to the sales team both UK based and international.
  • Liaise effectively with all internal departments (Engineering; Quality; Production; Warehouse)
  • Follow accurately the procedures set out in the QA manual
  • Assist is resolving customer queries and complaints efficiently
  • Assist in resolving invoice queries

You:

My client is looking for someone with the enthusiasm for a challenge in a fast-paced environment.

  • Demonstrate a high standard of written and spoken English
  • Proficient in the use of Email and Excel
  • Communicate effectively and be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Good organisational skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload
