Negotiable Salary

The Sales Administrator will be joining a well established company as they branch out into a new area. This is a great opportunity for someone to join this expanding client and make the role their own.

An inside Sales Person is required to provide sales administrative support within a new exciting web based Trade Sales operation. The Sales Administrator must have a background in B2B sales or sales administration and you will manage incoming enquiries on the webstore, by telephone and email, and to have strong telephone sales skills with the ability to build strong relationships and communicate positively and confidently with customers.

You will need to be self-motivated & driven, capable of working without constant supervision and use your own initiative to provide results. You will also need to have good all-round admin skills, with a working knowledge of website management and standard software such as Microsoft Office, good attention to detail and be an excellent organiser.


Specific responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring daily activity on website, answering and commercial and technical enquiries. ( technical questions by reference to others)
  • Ensuring excellent customer service and timely dispatch to agreed committed target levels
  • Liaison with courier to ensure delivery KPI is being achieved
  • Daily liaising with Manufacturing regarding lead times and delivery updates and ensuring agreed stock levels are being maintained / replenished
  • Handling customer questions and enquiries in a timely and accurate manner
  • Strong attention to detail

What's in it for you?

In return the Sales Administrator will receive a basic salary which is negotiable depending on experience with 25 days holidays plus 8 bank holidays. The working hours are Monday-Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm.
