LOCATION: CENTRAL PARIS, FRANCE

ROLE: SOIL / WATER / GROUND MONITORING SPECIALIST FOR TUNNELS

LANGUAGES: MUST BE FLUENT IN FRENCH - SPEAKING /READING /WRITING (English would also be helpful)

Role

My client is a leading Intl Contracting company. They have a very large global presence in Tunnelling and are working on some of the largest Tunnelling projects in Paris.

This position is a highly specialist role. You will be responsible for Monitoring the soil / ground movements caused by the tunnelling and on adjacent buildings.

You will be monitoring the soil settlements and ground water and ensuring these are safe and will not cause danger or damage to the tunnel or the adjacent buildings.

You must have a number of years' experience already and ideally educated to Masters Level.

You will be working at a senior levels with all departments to advise them in relation to this area

Confident in talking to sub-contractors and on occasion presenting to clients and other stakeholders
