Our Client is one of the largest integrated energy companies in the world.
They are currently seeking an Interface Manager to be based in Moscow

JOB DESCRIPTION/SCOPE
The Interface Manager will be responsible to facilitate the development and management of interface management practices and procedures for all Project activities and to work collaboratively with other members of the Project Team, CPC, Project Management Contractors, and Shareholders. KEY FUNCTIONS INCLUDE
* Develop, coordinate and implement comprehensive project-wide Interface Management Plans and Project Assurance Plans.
* Ensure all major contractors have a functioning interface management system, with defined work processes, for coordinating both internal (inter-disciplinary) and external contracting interfaces.
* Ensure that detailed responsibilities at the contractual boundaries of multiple contracts are clearly identified, understood, and positively managed and that the interfaces are technically managed according to appropriate engineering, construction, and commissioning standards.
* Become familiar with the interface elements between the major project components such that commercial (i.e. cost and schedule) exposures resulting from previously undefined accountabilities are identified, valued, assessed for risk and resolved appropriately.
* Become familiar with project schedules such that commercial exposures resulting from late delivery (of information or physical items) of one party to another are identified, valued, and risk assessed as circumstances develop.
* Ensure that all scope of work and scheduling interfaces between contracted organizations and project functional groups are identified and controlled in a way that minimizes risk to project schedule and budget.
* Provide audit/oversight role for Company and Contractor interface work processes and execution, compliance, problem areas, and future direction. * To the extent practical in this non-operated joint venture, utilize principles of CSOC, CPDEP and OE tools during project development including capturing Lessons Learned from similar past projects and identifying and arranging for applicable VIPs, BP & workshops that will significantly add value to the project.
* The position is also responsible for establishing and maintaining strong interfaces with all project disciplines including Engineering, Contracting & Procurement, Operations and Decision Analysis as well as with the projects primary contractors.
CRITICAL SELECTION CRITERIA: Safety - Personal commitment, experience, and proven performance in building and sustaining a strong safety culture, with demonstrated performance in executing major capital projects in a safe and environmentally responsible manner. Processes & Tools: Demonstrated understanding and ability to utilize Assurance and Interface Management standard work processes and tools. Interface Management - Proven depth and breadth of experience working on offshore Major Capital Projects. Technical knowledge and experience covering FEED and detailed engineering design, construction and installation of onshore and offshore facilities and ability to identify and resolve critical risk and interface issues associated with large international projects is essential. Previous Assurance & Interface Management Experience is preferred. Stakeholder Management - Demonstrated JV coordination skills and experience. Ability to interface and effectively work with various groups.
