PROJECT ENGINEER (OIL & GAS)
LOCATION: STOCKON-ON-TEES
SALARY: 40k - 45k
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
Set up and establishment of the Engineering & Design Team
Ensuring delivery of Engineering & Design to the project schedule
Management of site technical queries
Providing clear reporting on Engineering & Design performance
Management of Engineering packages from requisition to delivery
Coordination of supporting departments including Engineering, QA, Expediting, Project Controls.
Management of Package suppliers, interface with clients representatives
Reporting to Project Management
Qualifications
Degree in Engineering, Project Management or related discipline
Chartered or working towards Chartered Engineering status or APM qualification/accreditation
Special Competencies Required
Experience across multidiscipline/ departments
Experience across similar industry or petrochemical, oil, gas sectors
Supplier/ sub-contract management
