Session Issues - Cookies

Cookies are required for you login sessions to be stored so we can verify who you are. Due to increased security, this can be a problem but following the steps below should resolve any issues.

Please also note that if you are running any third-party software like McAfee or Symantec, they can over-ride your Cookie settings and block them.

1). Open up the Internet Explorer browser and click Tools > Internet Options

2). Click the Privacy tab, then click the Sites button

3). Type in the address of our store www.velosi-intec.com and click the Allow button.

4). Click OK. This will enable you to have special cookie settings for our site and all other addresses you add.
