Intec (UK) Ltd part of the Applus+ VELOSI Group utilise electronic timesheets.  E-timesheets are currently available for workers engaged via Intec (UK) Ltd within Europe. 
Applus+ VELOSI plans to roll out e-timesheets globally.
 
Login Credentials:
After accepting our Clients (the end hirers) offer for an assignment and once we have all your necessary details (passport/driving license, acceptance form, limited/umbrella company details etc) Intec (UK) Ltd will promptly send you a contract electronically to review and accept.  We will set you up on our secure cloud based electronic timesheet system (InTime) your username and password will be sent via an automated email.
 
There is a password reminder should you ever forget your login credentials.
 
If you have not received your login credentials before you commence your assignment please contact the logistics department on 01524 865555 or e-mail e-timesheets@velosi-intec.com
 
Use the ‘Quick Links’ on the menu bar to access your account, FAQ’s and view the userguide once your details have been received.
 
Deadlines:
To ensure prompt payment your hours/days worked and any expenses must be submitted via InTime before 15:00 each and every Monday.  The individual(s) that approve your e-timesheet has until noon on Tuesday; therefore, please submit in good time to avoid disappointment.  We cannot guarantee on time payment if these timescales are not kept to.
InTime has automated e-timesheet reminders for both submission and approval
 
·         Submission:    Monday at 2am
·         Approval:         Tuesday at 10am.  If you have miss the submission deadline and don’t submit until after the Client (end hirer) approval
chaser the approving manager will not receive a reminder to approve your e-timesheet which could lead to a delay in payment.
 
E-Timesheet & Expenses Submission:
When you have submitted your e-timesheet and/or expenses InTime automatically notifies your e-timesheet approver by e-mail.  As above the approving manager will also receive a further automated email to expedite approval.
 
You will receive an email when your e-timesheet and/or expenses are approved.  Likewise should your e-timesheet get rejected you will be emailed the reason(s) so they can be reviewed and actioned if required.
 
Portals:
InTime is integrated with many of our Client’s own e-timesheet portals including:

·         iQ Navigator
·         People Fluent
·         Comensura
·         Capita
·         Many more…
 
Timesheet data once approved on any of these portals is transferred to InTime.
